By acquiring an entry for Venezuela Legacy Tour, the user fully accepts the following terms and conditions, which govern the purchase, use and access to the event:

1. Validity of input

- Each entry is valid only for the date, time and place specified at the time of purchase.
- Entries are not transferable to other future events or editions.

2. Purchase policy

- All purchases are final.
- No returns, cancellations or repayments are accepted under any circumstances.

3. Access to the event

- Entrance to the event is subject to the safety, control and behaviour standards established by the organization.
- The organization reserves the right to refuse access to any person who fails to comply with those rules.

4. Changes by force majeure

- Venezuela Legacy Tour reserves the right to modify the programming, location or format of the event for force majeure, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Health emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Technical or logistical problems

In case of modification, the attendees shall be notified through the official channels.
